Bulk lamb is sold by hanging weight at a cost of $10 per pound. Whole lambs average 45-55 lbs hanging weight. Butchering and processing fees are included.
After you pay your deposit, we'll raise your grass-fed lamb until it goes to butcher in January 2026. We'll connect you with the butcher to fill out your cut sheet to your specifications.
When your lamb is ready, you'll pick it up at the farm and pay the balance. Your deposit will be credited towards the total cost.
Our Katahdin lamb is grass-fed and grass-finished, born on the farm and dam-raised. It is a premium petite lamb product with a mild, succulent flavor informed by the diverse pastures and red Piedmont soils of our farm. By purchasing a whole lamb, you'll get the best price we offer, plus the opportunity to request the cuts you like best.
