After your deposit, we will hold half of a grass-fed lamb for you until it goes to butcher in December, 2025.
We'll connect you with the butcher to fill out your cut sheet to make sure you get exactly the cuts you want.
When your lamb is ready, you'll pick it up here at the farm.
Our Katahdin lamb is grass-fed and grass-finished. It is a premium petite lamb product with a mild, succulent flavor informed by the diverse pastures and red Piedmont soils of our farm. By purchasing a whole lamb, you'll get the best price we offer, plus the opportunity to request the cuts you like best
When you pick up your lamb, you'll pay the balance at a flat rate of $12/lb for the cuts you pick up plus the butcher fee, which varies slightly depending on the cuts you select. Your deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your lamb. You can choose to keep organ meat (heart and liver) if that is of interest.
